re: sonic dies

sonic was in great pain, but his pain could nowhere near compare to tail's. the young fox was sitting there looking at the wounded pile of blood and tears that was now his best friend. suddenly, a severley wounded arm reached out to him and shakily grebbed his shoulder. "t-t-t-tails..." said a very wounded sonic. "shhhhh" whispered tails. " i gotcha, you're okay" sonic opened one eye "im a gonner tails..." sonic said, falling into tail's furry chest, getting his white fur dabbed with blood. " i know..." said tails, tearfully. sonic closed the eye that was open and slowly slid off of tail's body and onto the grass below them. sonic screamed in agony as his weight rested on his shattered leg. tails kneeled down and put his hand on sonic's head. then suddenly, it hit him. sonic, his best friend was going to die! at this tails burst into tears, burrying his face into sonic's back, laying there until sonic finally passed. then tails, looking down at the corpse of his best friend, looked up with red eyes. only one thing was on his mind now... "SHADOW!!!"
